We may ask for your personal data to provide you with the best possible service, to assist you when you make an inquiry or request information, or to formalize the purchase or rental of a property, among other possible matters.
In any case, depending on what we use them for, the legal basis that will allow us to process them will be different. Therefore, we detail below the purposes and legal bases for the processing of your personal data:
1. Contractual Relationship
When you request to purchase or rent one of our properties, we will need to ask you for certain information, both to analyze and evaluate your request and to formalize the appropriate contract with you.
Following that, once you have rented or purchased it, we will also need your information for any management or procedure related to the contract, including billing and payment. Additionally, to send you any kind of information you may need regarding your rental or purchase.
It is information that we need to address in order to sign the appropriate contract with you, as well as to manage the contractual relationship with you.
2. Legitimate interest
Primarily, we will need you to provide us with your personal data and process it to attend to and respond to your requests for information on renting or purchasing any of our homes, premises, offices, warehouses, or offices. Also, to address suggestions, complaints, or possible claims you may have. For this, you can contact us via the web form, email, or by phone.
In the event that you request information about a particular promotion, we will use your data to get in touch with you and provide you with more information about it, especially when the marketing campaign begins.
Additionally, when you expressly request it, we will also process your data to register you as a user on our website. In this way, we will keep your personal information to make it easier for you to send us any inquiries or requests for information.

3. Compliance with a legal obligation
There will also be occasions when we need to process your personal data to comply with certain legal obligations that apply to us. By way of example and without limitation, we need to process your data to comply with the provisions of the Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases regarding the obligation to provide the corresponding legal rental deposit or with the Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
The above is especially important when the State Security Forces and Corps or the Courts and Tribunals require us to provide them with your data.
To this end, the personal data we process may include your name, address, email, IP address, and payment information.
4. Consent
There will be some matters that are not necessary to fulfill the contract you have entered into with us, that are not legally required, or for which we do not have a legitimate interest, or there are no reasons of public interest. In these cases, we will not do anything without your authorization first; when this is the case, we will inform you in detail about the purposes and how we want to use your data so that you are aware and can decide how we may process it.

In some cases, we will also use social media to organize contests and giveaways that you can be a part of. When you participate in any of them, we will need to process your personal data to manage all the aspects related to the contest or giveaway, as well as for the delivery of prizes. We consider that, by choosing to participate in these activities, we have a legitimate interest in processing your data and that it does not harm your privacy or intimacy.
